How do I sign up?

You can sign up via our website/app in as little as 5 minutes. You can sign up at the club as well at any point at reception.

Is there a joining fee?

Yes, there is a one-off joining fee of £49.90.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No, it’s a month-to-month contract, there is a 30 days’ notice period for cancellation.

How do I cancel my membership?

For cancellation of membership, you are required to give the Bu’sen 30 days’ notice in advance of cancellation. This can be done in club or via email.

Can my child do a trial?

Yes, you can try anyone of our classes for free. Advance booking is required and subject to availability.

Are Parents allowed to watch?

Yes, we have a state-of-the-art viewing gallery with full view of the dojo.

Can I do more than one class week?

Yes, we have three different types of memberships. 1 class per week, 2 classes per week and 3 classes per week.

How do I grade?

We hold grading’s for Karate and Judo roughly every 3 months. Once you or your child is ready for the grading you will receive and invitation to grade from the instructor.

From what age can my child start?

We have Gym tots classes which start from the age of 10 months. For Judo classes the starting age is 4 Years old and for Karate the starting age is 5.

Do you offer 1-2-1 lessons?

We do offer 1-2-1 lessons, from PT sessions, Martial Arts, Boxing and Gymnastics. To book please email info@bu-sentrust.org.uk

What equipment do I need?

For our trial classes you can wear loose comfortable sports clothing, its shoes and socks off on the mats. Once you join a Martial Arts classes you are required to wear the clubs Gi.

How do I buy the Gi?

We are fully stocked with all sizes and selections. You can buy your Gi from reception.

How can I be put onto the waiting list?

If are classes are fully booked, we will open up a witing list. Please email info@bu-sentrust.org.uk if you wish for yourself or your child to be put onto a waiting list.

How do I book parties?

If you are interested in one of our parties, please email info@bu-sentrust.org.uk with the subject being ‘Parties’ with a brief description of which party you wish to book and a date.
